Glendoick is world famous for its 'bird series' of dwarf rhododendrons. This collection of 10 chosen by Kenneth Cox will have some in flower from March to mid May and provide carpets of colour. Plant in peaty soil c. 18in apart and they will form an undulating carpet. 1 Each of 10 of the following (our choice) 'Crane' (white), Carmen (red), Dora Amateis (white), Ginny Gee (pink), Lucy Lou (early white), Night Sky and Penheale blue purple-blue, Ramapo (lavender), Patty Bee (yellow), Tinkerbird (scented white), Wee Bee (two tone pink), Wren (yellow).
