Even good cooks enjoy a night off and now you really can have good food cooked by someone else! Since 1997, COOK have been taking some of the strain in the kitchen to give people more time for what really matters to them. So, whenever you don’t have the time or inclination, they COOK so you don’t have to!
On the packaging of every COOK dish you’ll find the signature of the people who prepared your meal.
How two unlikely friends went from a condemned pizza kitchen to a nationwide network of shops by cooking and selling remarkable food for your freezer.

Easier said than done, as it turns out. One of Dale’s earliest attempts at cooking for the freezer tasted so bad it actually made Ed cry – the enormity of the challenge they’d taken on hit home. But Dale didn’t give up. He found an old disused pizza delivery kitchen, bought some second-hand kit, hired a sous chef (Spencer, still with them), and through trial and error – and the odd explosion – the food got better and better. Praveen & Swarna's journey to bringing Authentic Indian Cuisine to the UK started when they opened Tabla Restaurant in Perth, Scotland, in 2009.
It was an immediate success, with awards and loyal customers flocking in, including being the first Indian restaurant in Scotland to be awarded 1 Rosette by the AA.
