Cream to creamy yellow. Orangy-brown indumentum on both leaf surfaces. Very handsome plant. First ever introductions from Arunachal Pradesh. Needs sharp drainage.

Genus Rhododendron

LANATA SS Shrubs or small trees. H4-5. Branchlets and buds densely tomentose; leaves lower surface a dense light brown to rufousindumentum. Flowers yellowwhite or pink. Attractive in both leaf and flower but rather fastidious as to soil conditions.
