Larger specimen epimedium. Panicles of creamy white flowers with an abbreviated maroon cup. Handsome mottled foliage in spring- in various shades of maroon. Deep reddish-purple outer sepals and dark purple pedicels.
Epimediums are ideal for planting underneath rhododendendrons and azaleas in woodland and peat gardens. Tolerant of dry shade and with attractive leaves.
