Packed trusses of purple fls February-March. The best form of this species. Really fine. Best in a sheltered site for its early flowers and growth.
IRRORATA SS 2-3m; ultim to 6m. medium to large shrubs. H2-4most with no indumentum. flowers white pink red March-May. While often a little tender they are worth protecting under trees as the flowers are usually good and frequently heavily spotted.
