Glendoick Delivery Details

Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed ... however we'll always try to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible.
For all deliveries in December please note:
Deliveries may take place a few days either side of your chosen date in December.
You'll be emailed your tracking number on the day of dispatch, so you can track your order online.
All orders placed before the Christmas cut-off date are guaranteed* to arrive in time for Christmas!
* Christmas Guarantee: There will be a delivery attempt made to the recipient address in time for Christmas. If this doesn't happen we'll refund your delivery charges - no questions asked.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries.
If no one is home, the carrier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. If this isn't possible they will try again the next working day. A calling card will be left in both cases. You will also be sent a tracking email so you can track your order online.

Your Right to Cancel

We hope that you will be entirely happy with your order. However, if you wish to cancel before the item/items are dispatched, you may do so if you cancel within 7 working days before the date of dispatch. If we receive notification that you wish to cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund, including postage and packaging costs. If we receive notice of your cancellation later than the above, it may be too late to halt the delivery.
Please give us notice, by e-mail (manager@glendoick.com) or post (The Operations Director, Glendoick Garden Centre, Glendoick, PERTH PH2 7NS) of your wish to cancel.
To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, please notify our customer services team by email: manager@glendoick.com, and we will instruct you on the next steps.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your items. However, should you not be happy with the contents or items are damaged, please get in touch with us to arrange a replacement or return of some or all of your items.
To return an item or notify us of damaged goods:
Please contact us by email - manager@glendoick.com to notify us of your wish to return the item/items.
Please return the goods to the address below, and include a printout of your invoice or your order number.

On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full. You will receive an email confirming your refund within three days of us receiving the return.
If the goods are faulty in any way we offer a free returns service.

Is it a signed for service or will they leave the package somewhere, like with a neighbour?

It will be a signed for service, if not home the drivers will try a neighbour and if not too large will take to local post office for collection

Hamper Substitutions

Glendoick reserves the right to substitute any items in our hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. Hamper contents can vary slightly from the image displayed so please see the product descriptions for full listings.
